Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Loren Estes piece. If for any reason it isn't right for your space, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

To request a return, visit your customer account and select the order containing the item you would like to return. Choose Request Return and follow the instructions provided.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at lorenestesstudio@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items, gift cards, custom pieces, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at lorenestesstudio@gmail.com.
